Dear Sir/Madam i am having Airtel DTH since last 3 years Customer ID3002752745 , in my case suddenly they stop the signal ( its showing error code 6) error code 6 means due to non pay ment your service is discontinued due to non payment. but i paid 310 on june6th2013, suddenly they discontinued servises from15jun2013. in my account balance there verymuch, if i call to customer care,after somany tries i got line, then the executive disconnected the call call 3 times.he is not able to transfer the call to his superwiser. finally they disconnected without solving my problem. customer care executive is telling now i have to pay rs125 for Engineer service charge. in this case my question is without my fault why should i pay rs 125 to engineer,there serice is bad, signals are not coming , its there service problem, why should i pay service charges? firstly why they stopped the signals? why there customer care is behaving like that? this is other way of making money of AIRTEL DTH is it? i never seen in my life this kind of harrasment . i want justice for this case. other wise let them take back there instrument & pay back my money & recharged currency. please help me in this case. my mobile no is 9845741234 from bangalore.
