poor services by dell services and its retailer

sir ,, i buy my laptop from poineer computers ghaziabad. my date of laptop purchasing is 8aug2012, but on website it is showing out of warranty 1may2013, my service tag no is C4YXKR1. I CALLED IN DELL CUSTOMER SERVICES services on monday 10june2013, and they said they will call me but no response from ur side . so im deciding to move up with my complaint against dell services and the retailer to consumer court. how and what i need to do
