Hello..!! This is Manish Kumar Saboo, i would like to file a complaint against Airtel (Bharti Airtel) as because my prepaid connections has yet not been activated after conversions from post-paid to pre-paid. The Post-Paid connections was in the name of Saboo Enterprises and all the dues and documents regarding the connections has been paid on 27-05-2013, the new prepaid sim card allotted on the same date.Since then 20 days has been passed but yet not my any of the connections has been activated. I have visited several times park street office of Airtel in kolkata, and have a conversation with customer care, but they are not taking any actions. As all the Connections are disabled we are facing inconvenience. Following are the Connections which have been converted from post-paid to pre-paid –

when I have no other alternate left then i decided to take the help of Consumer Forum. It’s a request please take immediate actions against Airtel so that my connections can be activated as soon as possible.
As Saboo Enterprises is a proprietorship Company which deals in supplies business and whose work is depend on the phone calls by getting and placing the order, may have lost many orders due the connections disabled, and caused a monetary loss which can be deemed to be near about Rs. 5000 by not getting the order.
