I am writing to various people and not getting the satisfactory response till date. I seek your urgent intervention in my case and help me to the fullest. I am a middle class executive and need your guidance and help on the SOS basis.
I AM CHEATED BY YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING INDIA, CODE: 00450341 AGENT NAME: AMIT, MOBILE NUMBER:8860300672. Policy # 15756854.
I would like to narrate the FRAUD happened to me in this policy:
It was the December ‘2012, when I have to invest in life insurance as a practice. I got a call from Amit, Mobile Number: 8860300672, he told me there is a very beneficial plan at HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, HDFC Life Sampoorn Samridhi Plan,which gives you the phenomenal returns in 5 Years. He told me that If I invest Rs. 50,000 for Five Years, HDFC LIFE will give me the guaranteed return of Rs.4,67,600 in the beginning of the 6th Year. He also told me that due to the Year closing I will get the offer of 5% cash back on the premium paid / Davis Club membership. I opted for the Cash Back. He told me that in 15 days after receiving of the cheque from my side I will receive the policy kit and then in next 45 days of receiving the policy kit I will receive the BOND PAPER of the said Policy. The offer looks beneficial from the investment point of view so I opted for it. For next 20 Days of clearing the cheque I have’nt received any documents from your company side. After lot of follow-ups from Amit, I received the Policy Kit on 29th January 2013. When I go through the policy documents, it was shattering to me that the above promised points were totally different and not acceptable.I called-up Amit and he pacify me that as told earlier I will be receiving the BOND PAPER in next 45 days which will clearly mention the duration as 5 years and the amount of maturity of Rs. 4,67,600 and also the cash back option opted by me. He further told me that due to the government regulations on the policy papers they cannot display 5 years. As it was under the name of HDFC I never doubt that it can be a miss-ale. During these 30-40 days I regularly receive calls for the Davis Club membership from this number: 9953835951, to whom I told that I have opted for cash-back discount.(It was nearly the March-end by this time). Till march-end, I haven’t received any BOND PAPER and then I start calling Amit again,shockingly the number went switched-off for couple of days. Then I contacted the customer care which was more shocking that there is no such BOND PAPER in this policy and also it is more than 30 days so I cannot cancel the policy also. I contacted the HDFC LIFE branch (NIT CHOWK, Faridabad) in April month many times but not getting any satisfactory reply / help.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that during the sales closure, I was not even shown the Illustration of the plan too.
Sir, I am a middle class executive who have invested in this policy for the above-said benefits but now I am left with a fraud of some nasty people. My all financial planning for years has gone for the toss because of the same. I am complaining to [email protected] several times but the same reply is repeated that all the documents were shown to you and after the agreement this policy has been executed and nothing can happen now.
