Network error in Internet

Name of company/service: Idea mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have prepaid mobile no.9428630400 of Idea. from last 15 days internet is not working properly at may office area.I was complaint three times , they were call back me and told that your problem will solve in next 4 hours. but still today . my internet is not working properly. i am getting message of network error.
so please do somthing for it. thamks
