regarding internet speed & billing

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: tata docomo photon plus

since from last 4 to 5 month i was facing problem from tata docomo service, before completing downloading space as per billing cycle he massage sent that you had consumed your data 7 will get the low speed. priviousely i was ignoring the massage but this time i had checked properly with out consuming downloading space massage has come saying speed is reset to 156.3kgps.

every time i had complained to tata docomo cal center but no resolution provided. only thig thay had say, you had consumed our data,
but i have one question, with out using net how can i consume data ?
please help me because i dont have money to pay for that thing which i am not geting.

i am totally frusted with this kind of service

    Tata photon care center harassing me by sending mails & calling again & again.
    Instead or proving solution. They asking me about the bill, but I don’t understand what bill if I did not used internet.
    I had registered complained for cancelation of net service (367249447)

    Please stop harassing…..

    As per the discussion over call, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that there is no issue from our end and there is a genuine usage from your end and for same you are receiving the message alerts for your data usage and we can provide you the itemized bill for your usage and we request you to send a mail to [email protected] for same.

    Further, we found that your cancellation request docket number 367076505 is already under process and your device will be disconnected within 15 days.

    dear sir

    so may time i had complaint the same matter,
    why you people asking me about bill, instead of finding block hols of usage of internet data you are harassing me by sending mails & calling regarding bill payment.
    first you find the problem from your side & provide the resolution, then only i will pay the bill.

    So may time I am requesting to you people

    Please please stop harassing me by sending SMS for bill payment.

    First provide me the resolution of data used.
    i dont have problem to pay bill amount but, provide net speed 3.0MBPS to consume data of 5GB, after 5 GB spedd it will automatically reduce that i can understand.
    but in my case before consume 5 GB, speed will get reduced 153KBPS.

    I think you need to check once again in system, may be by mistake some other account usage dump on my account so that’s you I am facing so much problem.

    Because this problem occur every month,

    If I am paying a certain amount for something, in that case I am eligible to have benefit of said amount.

    Please resolve my issue or do not ask for bill payment.
