COMPLAINTS AGAINST ICICI BANK .
I HAD BEEN USING CREDIT CARD OF ICICI BANK BACK IN 2007.
RECIVED A MONTHLY BILL WORTH 8000/- .
REVIWED THROUGH THE BILL, FIGURED OUT BY MISTAKE ICICI PEOPLE HAD PUT SOMEONE ELSE’S CHECK ON MY BILL.
REGARDING THIS I MADE A LATTER TO NODAL OFFICER OF THE BANK .
OFFICIALY IN REPLY LATTER FROM NODAL OFFICER GOT A REPLY STATING PAY WATERVR ARRIERS U HAVE EXCLUDING THAT CHECK.
REMAINING PAYMENT OF 4000/- WAS CLEARED WITH BANK .
HAVE PROOF OF ALL THE THINGS .
AFTER TWO MONTHS ICICI BANK EXECUTIVE CALLED YOUR PAYMENT OF 4000/- IS PENDING ,REGARDING THAT I EXPLAINED THEM ABOUT LATTER WHAT I SENT THE NODAL OFFICER.
I DON’T KNOW IF NODAL OFFICER AND OTHER BANK STAFF ARE NOT IN CONTACT , I HAD BEEN RECEIVING THIS CALL OVER THAT PERIOD NOW BACK FROM 2007 STATING MY PAYMENT IS PENDING, TO ALL THIS MY REPLY WAS SIMPLE I EXPLAINED ABOUT THE LETTER.
TODAY (13/6/2013) AGAIN GOT A CALL FROM
ICICI BANK EXECUTIVE.
UPON ASKING HE TOLD HIS NAME AS “PAWAR”
TELEPHONE NO. 02041504378.
UPON TELLING ASKING HIM IF HE IS CALLING FROM ICICI BANK,HE STARTED TALKING FOUL LANGUAGE. OVER THIS USED BAD LANGUAGE.
STARTED GIVING DIRE CONSEQUENCES ..
PURE CASE OR HARASSMENT .
UPON TELLING HIM ABOUT LETTER THING AND ALL,HE GAVE BAD WORDS.
I WANT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST BANK AS WELL AS PERSON WHOM I HAVE STATED ABOVE .
