nxsofts.com cheated US H1B applicants. didn’t process the H1B application even after application is through the lottery proces

i have applied for H1B VISA application in 2008. Nexus collected 50000/- INR as processing fees. my VISA application was cleared in lottery process. from that point on wards have been following up with them for further procedure like booking the interview date with the embassy and releasing offer letter and so on. they keep telling me the rejection rate at U.S embassy and delaying the process indefinitely. now the company is no longer exists. they are crooks and cheaters should be punished for not giving any update to the applicants and not returned the money they collected.

they should be put in jail for their cheating.
