From 30 days I have network problems of my vodafone mobile in my office,
many times talk to customer care executive, but they are not responding at all.due to the non availability of mobile network for total vadafone mobile having in my office. at 101/A, Gopal Bhavan, Andheri(E) , Azad Road, Mumbai-400 069.
This is for your information two engineers from the call centre-vodafone visited the office and committed to sort out the problem whithen 24 hrs.Un fortunately all vodafone services – complain sorted out thru call centre only . We all ready made verious complain regularly but un fortunatelly complain attendant never give senion persons name and contract no etc. not givin. Now we are mentally fed-up and financially loosing good amount of business.
We hereby after talking to the call centre they are laughing on us and seeing ” JISKO COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KAR LO- KUCH HONE WALA NEHI HAI”
Now, We dont know that what is the correct way.
