Misrepresentation By Ansal Housing

I booked from secondary market one apartment in Ansal Heights Sector 92. They refuse to give any construction schedule. The company AHCL sends suddenly a demand note to pay by email and then starts charging delay payment penalty at 18% rate.

Untill now they do not give any plan for project developement or construction schedule which is truely unfair unlawful.
I seek your intervention before taking it to court of law. thanks
