this is to inform you that fashionand you denys the refund request on incorrect informatin. as per policy within 3 days i can initiate a refund and i did it the next day. Same is there mentioned in the tracking But following is what i got from fashion and you. Moreover they deny to refund the shipping charges which any other site would do in case of the complete transaction is nullified.
