Hi,
I have AIRTEL fixed line and broad band connection since 2007 onwards.
After got the connection from AIRTEL I was faced the continuous disconnection and noise distributions problem. When ever I raised the complaint they only solve the temporally but still I am facing the same problem till now they never fixed the problem but every month I am getting the bill of Rs 2000 /-.
I don’t know with use the connection I get the bill.
This month I had raised the broad band disconnected problem on 4th May 2013 they resolved 10th may 2013 and I got the same problem on 18th may 2013 and they resolved it 20th may 2013.
My phone completely dead on 23 may 2013 and I had raise the complaint on midnight 12:15 AM and they plan to close the issue on 24 may 2013.
But 24 may 2013 no one come to check the connection and I called the AIRTEL customer care and I got they identified the issue as cable problem and they was planed to close the issue on 26 May2013 but on 26rd I got the SMS from airtel they will planed to closed the issue on 29th May 2013 and I asked to AIRTEL customer care I got information they founded the DB box issue.
i don’t know no one checked from my end connectivity but they declared DB box issue. but they solved the issue on 1st June 2013.
They not solve the issue exactly because I got broad band disconnection problem and fixed line noise problem again on 5th June 2013.
As per input of airtel customer care they planed to closed the issue on 6th June 2013 but I got 6th June 2013 they unable to solve the issue on 6th June 2013 and plan to closed it on 13th June 2013.
I don’t know which date they will extended the date again on 13th may 2013.
I advise the all Indians please form the group against the AIRTEL and force the government to bring the other telecoms company to in the place of AIRTEL.
