3G plan excess charge

Name of company/service: Airtel

Hi,

I have yesterday recharged my airtel prepaid (9971437329) with the amount Rs. 249 which gives me 1 GB of data with validity of 30 days. The problem is that it is also charging me from my calling balance i.e. my calling balance is reducing everytime I use internet on my mobile.

I have tried to call their customer care from my mobile but they seem to cut the phone as soon as I press the option (#9) to speak to a customer care.
Then I tried to call from a landline phone and i couldnt still contact customer care.

Could you please help me and put a fine on the service provider?
