WBSEDCL Online Bill Payment

Name of company/service: WEST BENGAL STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LIMITED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I paid Electricity Bill for June’ 2013 Bill of Rs. 14,302.00 against WBSEDCL Customer ID : 512023058 (In the Name of Shri. Janmenjoy Mondal, Joy Electronics) through http://www.wbsedcl.in on 20.05.2013 by Axis Bank Corporate Net Banking. But due to Axis Bank Corportae Net banking Link problem with WBSEDCL Portal www.wbsedcl.in the transaction was failed. Axis Bank Transaction ID. 9375336 and Axis bank confirmed me that the payment was successful and the amount Rs. 14,302.00 deposited in WBSELDCL Axis Bank A/c. No. 912020016466276. After waiting Two week for update and Online payment Receipt from http://www.wbsedcl.in but no Receipt & no updation found. Nobody in Call Center of WBSEDCL help me regarding this problem. Please help me and forward this complain to WBSEDCL Official.
