Name of company/service: Airtel Prepaid
I chose a plan of 20p/min and the company without informing me changed it to 1.7p/sec. They even are not responding when I tried to contact customer care..My husband is a heart patient and I have to contact the doctor very often and they charge my unacceptable amounts.. In case of any mishappenings AIRTEL would be responsible for it…If no action is taken I would file a case in consumer court…
