After service is not fulfilled and reason is not mentioned to me for the same earlier

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Raipur C.G.&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Eten CA</p>Eten CA, an educational institution, provides tuitions for various professional studies. I have taken tuitions for the course of Chartered Accountant. The institution provides tuitions through satellite and provides the video of the classes which can be seen through a User ID and Password provided by the institution. As per their policy, a student has to give registration fees to book their seat for a particular subject. I had paid the fees for a subject namely Indirect Tax. But after the payment I do not want to take the classes and the institution is saying that the fee will not be refunded and also creating problems regarding other subjects. The institution is not cancelling the registration and also not providing the videos for other subjects’ classes for which full payment has already been made. As per their policy the video can be viewed till the examination held. The reason given by institution is that if the student has not paid full fee of a single subject the videos of other classes will be cancelled and earlier institution shown a totally opposite behavior. While registering for the subject, as mentioned earlier, the institution told me that they are not having any right regarding other subjects if the fee is paid in full.
The institution provides classes for subject wise. Their is no liability on student to take the tuition package wise. The institution is blocking the ID and Password provided by them.
I request you to look on this matter urgently. This is affecting our studies, as other students are also suffering from the same unprofessionalism.
