Fraud by a company to closing down the Baroda Office without refunding Advance Payment

Sir,

I am taking admission in CF India portal for Banking Exam, by paying advance payment of 1000 rupees. But When i call for class timings i have to know that CF India Portal is close down their office and they are committed a fraud and company is close down. All the phone numbers of their are switched off and they do not response any call.
