Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am a Tata Docomo user. I have ported from Airtel. on 27th May I got a message from tata Docomo that some of my outstanding amount is left with my previous service provider i.e. Airtel and I was supposed to pay the same by 5th of June as per the message. But the same night they discontinued my services. After talking to customer care for several time they were no in a position to continue my services. After my payment to the Airtel on 28th and submission of my bill to Docomo outlet I had to request them thrice to start my services.
Today (5th June), they again discontinued my services for the same payment at 12 midnight. I can not make calls and receive messages.
