My Mobile No. is 7276276225 and 2G Handset.
Complaint No. 1- I am using tata Docomo for 2 years. i saw the special plan of 250Rs. on 03/06/2013 In which i shall be get talk time of 222Rs. and 1GB 3G data with unlimited 2G for 30 days. I Did recharge on dated 03/06/2013 for the same but when I used this plan on my Laptop, it was not working and fail in connecting Internet any type 3G or 2G. I talked to customer care executive on 121 for this problem and he replied that this plan is not for using at laptop but this type of message was not written on Tata Docomo Plan Chart.
Complaint No. 2-After this, I recharge for 2G plan of 1GB from my Tata Docomo SIM balance by Calling on *141# and 95 Rs deducted and got message that within 2 hours your 2G GPRS service will be activated, it was activated but I am unable to use 2G Data.
I have called Customer care at 12:30 am on 04/06/2013 and he replied me that problem will be resolved within 1 hour but its fail till now and also my Mob. No. has blocked for customer care calling and I am unable to talk to customer care executive.
Complaint No. 3- Customer care executive Block my Mobile No. for Calling to Customer care executives on 121 and 198 after one time talking and till now blocked.
I am unsatisfied from both services, please give me justice.
