Broadband complaint not attended

Location/place: Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

Referring to the above we are using Reliance broadband in our office. There was some issues in the cable and connection was not working from 12 may 2013. Complaint was registered with the customer care and complaint bearing ref no 203324434 against my User Id- 327131055706 was given to me.
After repeated reminders to customer care and local technicians, its now almost 20days and still internet is not working. 2days back when i called up local technician Mr.Amar phno.9379917266
He spoke to me in a harsh manner and even suggested me to terminate the connection. I intimated the same to the reliance customer care and they as usual gave their apologize to me and acting very serious about the issue they even transferred the call to customer supervision department and line was connected to Ms.Sandhya. she apologized for the inconvenience and promised me that she will put a mail to the local technical team and the problem will be rectified within 24hrs.
Its 48hrs now problem is not rectified.
Should i terminate the connection or are reliance team fit enough to solve the issue.
I am sorry to say that you have a bunch of useless mannerless team of technicians.
