I have purchased samsung refrigerator on 05.08.2010, its since one week we are calling the customer service centre of samsung, as our fridge is not working properly. Everytime when we call they give us new complaint number but didnt visit at ours.we are in problem.Kindly help and treat it as urgent. Thanks and regards Prem lata mittal
