Hi Team,

I got a Micromax A116 Canvas HD which is bought on March 25. the power button on the right stopped working after almost 1.5 month. i submitted it at shakarpur, Aditya telecom a authorized Micromax service station under job sheet number N030774-0513-3740093 on May 15 and they told it will take 7 days. i called on there helpline on 23rd to check the status it says it will take another 20 days and they raised a complaint under complaint number MMX2305138611 and told i will get an SMS or phone from them with in 7 BD but didn’t got any response from them till date. i called them back on 31st and 1st and they told that handset is not touched yet and will take another 15 days. when asked they refused to give a backup phone or refund. i am loosing my business because of this and i have to use my old phone on which there was a network issue and i am missing calls for my office cab and is marked leave without pay for the same. i cannot afford to spend another couple of thousand rupees on a new phone. i am sick and tired of contacting them again and again. i need compensation from them and my money back for the handset that is Rs 15,300. i have the original bill with me.
