Name of company/service: NOKIA CARE,SRI BALAJI TECHNOLOGIES,ELURU

yesterday i gave my nokia C5-00 to nokia care for updation of software which is completely in working condition, it was purchased 2 years back has no warrenty,,
i was told orally that there may be chances to be dead during updation,,and then i hesitate to give,,then nokia care person convincied me that it is less chances to be dead,, then i asked to sit for 20min, after 20min they told ‘updation was failed, to be tried once again’ and Then gave me job sheet and asked a day

next day i got call and told it was failed as the handset is wrong, now it costs 1950/- to change something,
i dont know how my phone became completely useless..nokia care is completely responsiable for my handset
