Value Added Service activated without any request

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

There are repeated instances when Value Added Service are activated on my Reliance GSM connection and my balance is deducted for the same. I feel highly disappointed and harassed due to this. I have to repeatedly call the customer care to deactivate the service and get the reimbursement. My GSM number is 7827426765. I will move to consumer court if this is not fixed permanently.
