AC having a manufacturing defect

Location/place: purulia road ranchi jharkhand

Name of company/service: onida air condition

i bought an onida AC from company auth. representative on dt.04.05.2013 . AC was installed on same day but there water in dropping inside the room.As per compliant in service center auth. service person came & told that there is gas likeage in machine. Almost 15 times service person has came for service & 3 times gas has been filled.i request you to help me.
