Air conditioner taken for repair

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: new delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Godrej </p>We had bought a split AC of 1 ton 4 years back and it has always giving us problems.This year again it was functioning and we had requested for servicing. The technicians cam and checked.TookRS.500/ in advance and said that the compress needs to be changed.As the compressor is under warranty they assured that in 1 week the AC will be installed. But its been more tan a month no news of the AC. There are no calls from them. It has become a regular feature for us to call them every day to know the status. In this scorching heat this has really difficult to bear the heat. Request you compaensate us with a new AC and the company should shut their services. –
