TATA DOCOMO hefty bill

This has reference to the most unprofessional approach of the MOBILE NETWORK COMPANY called “TATA DOCOMO”.I am a postpaid customer from last 4 years,they have raised a huge hefty bill of Rs 3488.30 on 30/05/2013 and stopped my services.I am 299 F&F PLAN user.I have samsung guru mobile which doesnt have any internet facilty and its shocking to know how my bill is charged so high. ,when i called these DOCOMO they dont have any information and asking me to pay the bill else wait for bill generation which it will take 20 days and till that time my out going is barred, being a loyal user of docomo for 4 years i am feeling disgusted to use this connection.

PLEASE HELP ASAP—INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE LINE,IT IS HAMPERING MY DAY TO DAY BUSINESS.
