Name of company/service: Galaxy Travels BTM 1st stage
I(Tarun Arora) booked 5 ticekt for Tirupati darshan package by paying 5500 for april 13 ,2013 .We reached tirupati and then tirumala but Bus did not come up will nite 11;30 PM to pick up and get us back to bangalore.
We had to come by local transport paying 1100 more in local sitting bus.
When we asked to refund atleast half of our money we paid him he said the owner of bus has to give this back as I am only an agent.
We went to BUS owner (versha travels) and after long argument he gave us a cheque of 1250 rs , which got rejected from my bank due to insufficient balance and bank charged me 112 rs because of that.now agent is not helping us get our money back.
we have been following with him from Long time to get our money back but we are helpless.
Please guide how can sue both these travelers (galaxy travels (agent) and Varsha travels) for the mental and financial harassment I am bearing from 1 month.
