not got 3g data

Name of company/service: vodafone

I had bought my samsung grand and on the box it was written that get 2gb , 3g data on your mobile for 2 months buy vodafone.when inserted the vodafone SIM card I wont got the 3g plain.On the other day I had taken vodafone trial pack on the second day message came from vodafone.This is the same message which I had coppied from my message box Hi! Welcome to vodafone Samsung Galaxy Grand offer .Enjoy 2GB free 3G/2G usage per month.Your offer will active in 24 hr.Refer T$C www.vod …… But still now I wont got 3g plan

    I have bought a Samsung Grand Mobile on 21 st April 2013 and have been promised 2 months of 3G data of 2GB by Vodafone.
    I have a Vodafone sim and have used the service. But now I have got a Post Paid bill of 6600 and most of it was for Data Usage(2G/3G). When I called customer care they told they don’t have such offer.
