faulty supply of cooler by the dealer

I purchased a cooler from arvind electronics kalkaji on 25.5.2013 and found that the cooler was defective it was replaced but with a used one cooler and without lodging any complaint company techinician MR.LUCKY came on 29.5.2013 without any information and didnot solved my problem and gave remarks in his visit sheet that the cooler is working o.k
