I am Mukesh Kumar from Vadodara , Gujrat . I had done online top-up recharge of Rs 222.00 on my videocon Mobile No 8530061281
through www.freecharge.in on 16/05/2013 ( Thursday ) , But till now i have not received any amount into my my mobile account nor
the money credited into my bank Account .
While contacting you on 198 , none of your executives were able to give suitable reply . And when my call was transferred to
your Sr. Executive , then She told to me to wait for 07 days as the money will be credited back into my bank account.
Also Your customer executive told that recharge was not Successful . But freecharge.in people say taht the my online recharge was
Successfull . The detailed mail between me and freecharge.in are attached herewith . They ( freecharge.in) say that they hav ealready
paid the amount Rs. 222.00 to Videocon and the details of transactions are attached herewith.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible..Otherwise i will go to Consumer Court .
