Not honouring the AMC contract

Name of company/service: Sreekesh Enterprises H No 8-3-4-430/1/7ground Floor, Near BSNL Office, New Science Colony, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad – 500873 Ph: 9502338718

I have taken and AMC contract from the above company for my Kent-Ro purifier(Grand plus). My machine had a repair almost 10 days back. Have been calling them since them. No response at all. I am being promised that my issue will be closed everyday when i call them. They have passed on more than a week like this. I have made more than 50 calls to them. They have started not to answer my calls as well

    Yes… you are right. This person, rathod is also cheated me. He also not coming to my home for free service of my purifier. Initially he has done a lot of promices. But now he is not receiving my call. And fortunately if he receives, he cuts the call when we tell him about free service. Never buy purifier from this guy.

    Hello,

    I am also facing same problem.
    I purchased aquafresh purifier from this person with assurance of free service for 1-year.
    I am trying to contact this person for last 1-month. And everyday he is giving different excuses. And now he stopped receiving my calls.

    I request all of you, not to buy any purifier or any kind of service deals from this guy.
