Wrong Date of Birth mentioned in my policy bond

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to rectify my date of birth in my LIC policy from the past 4 years and still it is not rectified. The details of DOB given below is wrong. It has been pointed out and communicated to the agent who is in Mr Vamiyambadi Branch 4 years back. I have written many written & email communications to the Vellore and Vaniyambadi branches(Tamil Nadu) Still the details are not updated in your database. DOB 14/05/1980 is pertains to my spouse (Mrs. Kanchana) & My DOB is 22/02/1972. The same has been corrected on my policy bond and it is not corrected in the LIC/online database. Please do the needful.
