Dear Sir / Madam,

Just to bring in your notice that after repeated assurances from your side that my AC will not fail now as all the problems have been rectified as per your mails of 22nd March 2013.

But unfortunately it again went on breakdown on 24-05-2013 and I made the complaint in your customer Care on 25th Morning at 8.15 AM and got the complaint ID as GB0513013848 dtd 25th May 27, 2013 and also requested them to depute someone on Urgent basis because of the rising temperature outside, but so far none of any Engineer have visited to rectify my problem.

Now you pls let me know what should I do with this faulty unit which needs a service engineer all the time as a standby ???

Dear Madam,

I fail to understand why my AC needs the engineer all the time.
Last year also in the month of October-2012 I was told by Mr.Chirag sales manager of you company to renew the AMC contract and on his word I renewed my AMC.
Now again after couple of months I am having the same problem with this unit. What are your Quality Checks / Standards ???

This time I am not going to pay a single penny @ any charges like transportation or any other.

I prefer to scrap this AC but will not spent a single penny on it.

I request your good self to get it thorough checked this time as next time I will definitely knock the doors of Consumer Forum .

Dear Sirs,

After rectifying the gas leakage problem as per the confirmation received from your service center for the trailing mail in the past month of October 2012.

The AC was re-installed after bringing back from the service center and had hardly worked for 10~12 days and was wrapped because the weather became friendly and was not required further any more.

Now today the wrapping was opened by your service engineer who has come for doing the service of the machine to keep it fit for this season but unfortunately he had diagnosed it with the same problem of gas leakage and had advised that this unit will be taken back to workshop for fixing the problem.(Machine already handed over to them)

I fail to understand that what are the Quality parameters of your product which always needs a service engineer to stand by with the machine.

I propose a scheme to you people to offer a service engineer with every appliance so that your products will get a good sales promotion in this season.

Is anybody in the company who will address my problem which I am facing from last four years or shall I knock the doors of consumer court now ??

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased one 1.5 ton AC in 2007~2008 and was malfunctioning during the tenure even on AMC period also (2nd Year—Only used for 3 seasons).
But when the problem got aggravated then I start pushing your customer care for months and finally sept 2010 I was provided a new unit on the payment of Approx 8500/-.

From 2010 to till date I have incurred lot of money on repairs and now the height is that I was told that the unit needs the Gas refilling in the month of June and finally the same was done on paying the amount of Rs 1800 + 395 thru Receipt No 350 dtd 07.06.12 of your approved Franchisee but unfortunately after a week ten days the unit starts behaving like the same as was earlier so I again approached for the same this time also I was told that the Gas needs to be refilled but this time I didn’t paid for this and the gas was refilled and my call was put under observation and the status is the same as of date. This means that they were aware that the problem will arise again with this unit.

From last week I am facing the same problem and today the engineer again visited and told me that this unit needs to be refilled with gas and the charges will be Rs 1850 + 395 + 350 as a transport charges.

My question is that do I need to refill the gas on quarterly basis and pay the charges also on quarterly basis.

Kindly advise me what should I do now ??
