unauthorised balance deduction and stubborn customer executives

Location/place: new delhi

Name of company/service: reliance communication

i am using reliance GSM mobile (8010076159) service and my balance(about 20 rupee) has been deducted on 25,may,2013.when i asked their customer support (name-kunal,ranjeet) they denied the deduction but after insisting they transferred my call to senior technical officer ,Xavier and he denied t assist me.i called atleast 5 times to the customer support but they kept me transferring between different departments and no one helped me.
