On 22nd May I have tried to recharge my mobile number 8961444846 for Rs 150.Firstly I registered at 100bestbuy website with mobile number 9477454901.I tried to recharge.My money got deducted but recharge widget didn’t load. So I didn’t able to make recharge that time.I called there customer care and they assured that I’ll get recharge after 6 p.m.But I need urgent recharge.Therefore I made a new account with mobile number 9088408087.I tried recharging again for Rs.150 on 8961444846.But same result this time as well.
I had called their care many a times for last two days.Every time I was assured that I will get both recharge in 1 or 2 hours.But I didn’t get any recharge till now.All assurance brought no fruit.
Today I was shocked to learn mistreat made by 100bestbuy staff and whole scenario made me cleared that they are not a company with fair policy.Well I got a call from their team who invited me to join a new contest.I told him that contest is good but I’ll go for this contest after I got those previous recharge.Because I want to confirm if 100bestbuy is a genuine site or not.Then he started insisting me to get this item and finally as I rejected to go for it then your staff rudely told that I will not get those recharge even when I have paid for it already.He did call from 8904048936.I have full recording for this call.
I seriously wonder how you harassing innocent users.I will escalate this case to consumer forum and with the full recording of staff who mistreated me.
