Pathetic Tikona’s Broadband Service

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Shree Ideas Unlimited

I am using Tikona Broadband Service from last few months,I faced constant problem in net speed,I took 2mbps plan which cost me almost Rs.1100/- pm,I complaint about this in customer care but,they fail to fix this problem,So finally decide to close the service.Because of their pathetic service i got loss in my business,I want sue them so that i can claim my loss.

I want proper guidance from consumer forum to deal with these people.
