FRAUD::CHEAT::HARRASMENT::ROUGH BEHAVIOUR:: CARELESSNESS

Location/place: chandigarh(Punjab)

Name of company/service: vodafone(postpaid)

I had a vodafone number 9888890299. It was working fine but on 18th May 2013 i had received a message that your request for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) to IDEA GSM has been accepted .

I have not requested for MNP. They had done this without my consent . when i talked to the vodafone center they keep insisting on that the request was sent by us. And are not ready to hear us.

The number was active for last 10 years. On 22nd May 2013 my number has been deactivated. and I even talked to the NODAL OFFICER but they are doing nothing regarding this.

Then I went to IDEA care to buy the number but they are saying that the number has already been sold out. But how can this be possible that within 3 days the number has been sold out in the market during the portability period.

I went to the local Police regarding this but they are not ready to file a case against this.

Please help us as this number is very much important and essential to us as this number is spread throughout the offices,relatives,known ones, college, the companies where we work etc..

Please take necessary action as we do not want to loose our number 9888890299. I have all the proof that this number was with me for the last 10 Years.
