I am using a post paid mobile connection (9038071115 – Kolkata circle). Till 23rd May morning I was getting a good network in my locality. But suddenly the network became unavailable. I found it was not working in my locality only. In other areas with the same handset it was working. So I went to the nearest Tata Docomo office @ City Center to lodge the complaint. But they asked me to put it in a suggestion register which was not at all seem to be a complaint register and more over they did not give me any complaint number. In the night when I came back home @ 11 pm I again found tower was gone. So I called the customer care and asked about the complaint. They said no complaint was registered like this. So they took the complaint again and gave me the complaint number. And they said by 29th may 2013 they will correct it. This means that till evening they did not even look what the problem was.
I have this post paid number, that means I am giving the rental for whole month and more over the reason to have post paid number is to get rid of disconnection problem and still I am facing this. If this operator doesn’t have the infrastructure then why TRAI approved this operator to function. This mobile operator doesn’t even bother about which of its tower is gone down. They are taking the monthly bill plus the VAT plus the SERVCIE TAX. Why they are taking the service tax when they are very poor at service?
