We have booked two A/C sleeper tickets from Shree Prasann Travels Jalgaon to Boriwali on 23.5.13.Seat no9&10.Bus departure time was 8:20 from Jalgaon.Passenger named Harsha sampat&Jasmine Sampat.In whole journey the bus A/C was kept off making excuses they did not started A/C even after they charged us for A/C tickets its their firm responsibility of giving A/c services which are nearly double from normal tickets.Ticket fare was 700/person.When we complained about this incident at travels office they gave us very unsatisfactory answers & they were not even spoked mannerlessly & refused to refund the difference amount.They have not only cheated us but cheated with all the passengers in the bus.
