NOT RESOLVING ISSUE SINCE MORE THAN ONE MONTH

Location/place: Bilaspur

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel / Broadband Service

I Used Airtel Broadband Service , When New Connection Installed 10 Run Without any disturbance after that Problem Starting in my broadband every 10 min connection automatically disconnected I put the complaint against this issue but still now there is no response from technical team at least no technical team visited at my place automatically my complaint status were closed and found problem resolved without my knowledge and my side the same problem still running …. what should I do??
