Company Not entertaining the Customer complaint.

Location/place: BATHINDA (PUNJAB)

Name of company/service: LAVA (XOLO)

I have purchase Xolo A700 handset from flipkart on 14th Feb. My handset has start giving heating problem and mike is not working within the purchase of 2 months. I have logged the complaint 3 times to Xolo customer care 180030100104 and sent 5 reminder mails to them but as of now nobody has entertained my problem.
