I order karbon titanium s5 mobile phone from saholic.com on 23 april 13 after three days on 26 april 13 I got the delivery.after opening the parcel I noticed the mobile is deffective its got damaged display. Therfore As soon as I intimated saholic customer care on their number 01206744700 and told them about the deffect in mobile.the person on otherside told me to go to karbon service center and ask them for dead on arrival(D.O.A) certificate so that they can replace mobile. I went to service center and shows the deffect in mobile asked them for the D.O.A but they refused to give that.as soon as I again contacted saholic customer care and told them about the refusal of DOA.now person on other side this time told me that they note down my complaint and escalated the matter to their concerned department and their team will talk with karbon customer service and make my DOA and replace my mobile and asked me to wait for process time.since then when ever I contacted customer care they always give same reply to wait for process time.after so many calls to saholic customer care now on 16 may they called me and refused to replaced my mobile by saying its not in warrenty.i recived damaged handset inside the box & no solution provided by online seller nor product service center. Only get harrashments.saholic.com sends deffective product by doing fraud with customers.
