Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: USHA International Ltd

Hi I have purchase a Air cooler of Usha from Big Bazaar 2 moths back. It has some problem in swinging. Since my product is under warranty I have called USHA care & launched a complaint & they gave me a complaint no C13050702294 ON 7th of MAY. Till Now nobody from USHA visited my place & neither I have received any service call. Please help. I have already called their customer care twice.
