Sir/Maam,
I bought IFB elite model 5.5 kg washing machine from panchkula haryana in Aug 2008.It has a warranty of 2 years.My machine developed a fault and is not working since jan 2010.I have been making calls but in vain.One service personel came and dismantled the entire machine and did not return at all.I have been making calls since then .Please guide me as to what can be done. We are really troubled with their response.we had great respect for IFB products but now on i will never buy any IFB products.This is my condition.
