Don’t refund my money and can’t solved my problem of this company

I am one of the prepaid card user of this company. my mobile no is 9173163492.

I paid money for GPRS. after paying money i need to GPRS setting i called 10 or much more time in company’s customer care center. They all are helpless.

I called customer care executive much more time for senior executive but they can’t forwarded and deducted amount for 121 and 198 calling from my account.

That for i wan’t to my money and call charges of 121,198 back but they can’t do that.
