Frustrated in follow up for refund amount

Location/place: Coimbatore

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have recharged to my mobile 9677314239 on 25th March using my Debit Card and it got unsuccessful but the amount was taken from my account and still not yet refunded. I have frustrated in repeated follow up. Still, not yet resolved. Even after i submit bank statement proof there is no response after that also is really unprofessional and i have lost more money and my valuable time on this repeated follow up. Please do the needful.

  4. I got a call, and i sent all the details on time again. It is resolved not on my satisfaction, It is my money i asked, but they call and said that they are not able to find the transaction and still paying you back. So i have to convince? and for customer satisfaction they refund to my mobile for Rs.300 instead of Rs.330. I just want to ensure to Airtel Team that I don’t want to beg for my money. Anyhow, I got my money back atleast on few loss after three months. Thank you for that and I withdraw the case regarding this issue.

    I requested again that I want to know the reason of this issue happened. Only i kept this request to avoid the same kind of issue again. Because I have more Airtel connections and I don’t want to follow up long time like this again on my busy schedule and definitely I need to use online payment options. From Bank i got evidence in bank statement and replied in email from Head office too.. that they charged you and you have not refunded. If both side people saying, I don’t have money on my side to whom I should ask in future? What is the meaning of proof that Bank Statement shows then? With what proof I have to follow up to get back my money soon? I just wondering..!!!

    Moreover, I really convey my heartful thanks to this forum website that makes my work easily and I got response from Airtel Team because of you..! Good Job.!
