VERY VERY POOR INTERNET CONNECTION

Location/place: GODAVARIKHANI

Name of company/service: tatadocomo gsm service

since 1 year, I never got connected to internet ( mobile to laptop,),,in the 1st attempt, it takes nearly 5-10 minutes, some times more than 15 minutes to connect ,& I raised complaints regarding this issue N number of times, but no result :|,,pls pls pls pls help me & try to solve problem. Or else I will file a complaint in consumer forum court.
