Poor Quality Manufactured Products

Name of company/service: Samsung Galaxy S III

I bought a samsung S3 worth 30,000 rupees and in the first SIX days only, I started facing outgoing call problems. I went to the service centre on the SIXTH day after purchasing this phone and they returned the phone two days back after updating the software. When I faced the same problem again,I asked them to replace the phone but they refused stating that a week had passed whereas I had come with the problem BEFORE 7 days. The EXTREMELY POOR TECHNICAL staff could not DETECT the error and fooled me by refusing to replace the phone as a week had passed,WHEREAS I HAD COME ON THE SIXTH DAY itself. Then the second time,they replaced the mother board of my mobile but the problem persisted. The third time, the managing director Mr. Arun Tyagi (MAA VAISHNAVI SERVICES, U-157,1st floor,Shakarpur,Vikas Marg, Delhi. Phone # 9560102309) told me that he will send the mobile to the FACTORY to detect and rectify the MANUFACTURING DEFECT in the PATHETIC phone manufactured by your company. I was returned the phone after ONE WEEK and by replacing the motherboard AGAIN. The problem STILL PERSISTS.

I am shocked at the POOR QUALITY of the products manufactured by such an esteemed brand and the POORER TECHNICAL SUPPORT where your company MANUFACTURES DEFECTIVE phones and CANNOT RECTIFY the problem or even have the PROFESSIONAL MANNERS and ETHICS to replace the handset.

I do not know what do with this USELESS phone, as Samsung is INCAPABLE of rectifying the defect and are UNPROFESSIONAL enough to NOT REPLACE it. There is a lot of mental trauma and frustration a customer has to undergo, bringing the phone to the service centre and then collecting it again only to discover that the problem PERSISTS.
