Unable to process Relocation Request(Su​b Id-1088140​759)

In spite of doing repeated follow up relocation is not happening for my Tata Sky HD connection 1088140759.

I have placed request for relocation on 12-May-13 (Work Order Ref no: 1-20553896682) at 14:04 for which installation scheduled at 12:20 on 13-May-13.

As I was not able to locate my set top box i have cancelled the request on 13-May-13 in the morning.

I have made the request agaiin (Work Order Ref no: 1-20580022305) at 23:10 on 13-May-13 for which installation scheduled at 15:40 on 14-May-13.

However nobody turned up at my place on 14-May-13 so I made a follow up for which i received response from customer care executive stating address was not reachable.

I am not sure why installer haven’t made an effort to call me if address was not reachable.

Post this new request no (Work Order Ref no:1-20596465827) assigned 21:53 on 14-May-13.

In response to this request installer visited my house at 14:30 on 15-May-13,however he was not having Dish Antenna with him

I asked him the reason for not carrying dish antenna he rudely replied stating its not mentioned in the work order.

I have clearly mentioned in all my requests that i need a dish as in my previous location i was using common dish and one dish is pending against my name.

I have registered complaint against installer imediately to the customer care with compliant no :1-2059681341 on 15-May-13.

Tata Sky customer care executive assured me that you will receive call back within 2 hrs and installer will be arranged ASAP.

However noone from Tata sky team made an effort to call me.

Installaition was again scheduled for Work Order Ref no:1-20596465827 at 10:00 on 16-May-13,however noone turned up till 13:30 so i had agin followed up with customer care.

I did receive a call from back office at 14:55 to check whether installer reached my home or not,however till that time no body turned up.

I have recived call from installer at 14:54 for address confirmation however when i asked him whether he is carrying dish antenna alongwith him he responed saying No as it was not mentioned i the work order.

After this I made a follow up with customer care at 15:25 and during my discussion customer care executive Arun assured that within 2 hrs installtion with new dish will be done.

However nobody turned at my home so i again made a follow up at 18:46 and spoke to cutomer care executives Mr.Preskhit and Mr.Devendra.

Both the executives said that they have contacted local cell and installtion will be made today itself.
